We pride ourselves on keeping our prices competitive and transparent.
There are only two possible bills associated with thinkFolio - a monthly licence bill, and a monthly consultancy bill (but only if you use it).
Here’s how we calculate monthly licence fees. All numbers exclude applicable sales tax..

So, for example, if you have 23 users, your monthly licence fee will be £9,100.00 plus applicable sales tax.
Here's how we work that out: 10 users (£5,500) + 5 users at £400 (£2,000) + 8 users at £200 (£1,600) = 23 users at £9,100.
- We do not charge for development. There are no new fees for new features.
- We only charge for consultancy if we visit you. That makes your consultancy bills transparent too.
- We make over 90% percent of our revenue through license fees. It is our aim to keep consultancy charges low.
- We have never raised our prices and have no plans to do so.
