Ajay Sheth is the Chief Executive Officer at Thinkfolio, where he leads the business strategy, commercial direction, and continued growth of the platform. A strategic thinker with deep knowledge of the product, its clients, and the investment management workflows it supports, Ajay has played a central role in guiding Thinkfolio through its evolution as part of S&P Global and into its next chapter as an independent business.

Since joining Thinkfolio in 2017, Ajay has worked closely with clients, product teams, and commercial stakeholders across the investment management industry. His experience spans business development, client engagement, product strategy, pre-sales, and front-to-back office workflows, giving him a detailed understanding of both the platform and the needs of the firms that rely on it. Prior to Thinkfolio, he held senior sales engineering, consultancy, implementation, and business analysis roles at Eze Software and Tradar, supporting hedge funds and institutional asset managers across complex portfolio management, order management, and investment operations workflows.

Richard Jacobs is the Chief Technology Officer at Thinkfolio, where he leads technology strategy, technology evolution, and the delivery of ground-breaking, best-in-class engineering solutions. Since joining in 2021, he has guided Thinkfolio’s transition to a forward-looking, quality-focused product, enabling the current waves of innovation toward an API-driven, high-performance, and scalable modular front-office solution.

Prior to Thinkfolio, Richard held a range of front-office technology roles, including senior engineering positions at hedge funds and buy-side firms. His experience brings deep technical expertise, strong engineering discipline, and a practical understanding of the technology needs of investment professionals.

Dom Gifford is the Chief Product Officer at Thinkfolio, where he leads product strategy and product development, shaping the platform’s evolution into an API-driven, modular front-office solution for investment professionals. He plays a central role in crafting Thinkfolio as the hub of a best-of-breed investment management ecosystem, grounded in industry standards and strong vendor partnerships.

Since joining Thinkfolio in 2015, Dom has held a range of product-focused roles that have given him deep insight into the platform and its clients’ needs. Before Thinkfolio, he spent a decade in buy-side front-office roles across asset and wealth management firms, as well as system vendors, bringing valuable industry perspective to product innovation and delivery.

Jim Whitehead is Head of Client Success at Thinkfolio, where he leads the execution discipline, delivery processes, and client-focused initiatives that turn product strategy into reliable outcomes. With deep experience across front-office technology, electronic trading, product management, and business analysis, Jim brings a practical, delivery-focused mindset to the continued evolution of the platform.

Since joining Thinkfolio in 2016, Jim has played a central role in managing complex product backlogs, improving delivery processes, and supporting successful software releases, client go-lives, and platform upgrades. He has also helped shape key areas of the product, including trading interfaces, standardised FIX connectivity, MiFID II readiness, private markets functionality, and continuous improvement initiatives. Prior to Thinkfolio, Jim held senior product, delivery, implementation, and business analysis roles at Fidessa, Instinet, and Thomson Financial, working across OMS, EMS, electronic trading, FIX connectivity, and front-office capital markets workflows.
